CLINIC DIRECTOR
Dr. Michelle Todorow, C. Psych.
Clinical Neuropsychologist
(she/her)
Dr. Michelle Todorow is a licensed psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario to practice in clinical and neuropsychology with children and adolescents. She received her Masters and Doctorate degree from York University, and completed her clinical training at The Hospital for Sick Children and The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).
From 2016 to 2024, Dr. Todorow worked at Kinark Child and Family Services in various roles, including Staff Psychologist and Clinical Lead within the Child and Youth Mental Health Program. During her time at Kinark, she provided evidence-based assessment, therapy, and consultation services to children, youth, and parents. Dr. Todorow also supervised teams of therapists and trainees, provided clinical oversight to day treatment and live-in treatment programs, developed clinical programming, and served as Team Lead for several Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programs.
In addition to her role as Clinic Director at WellSpirit Psychology, Dr. Todorow works part-time at Anishnawbe Health Toronto (AHT) and has led their multidisciplinary FASD diagnostic team since 2019. She is privileged to work closely with traditional healers and other community members, and is continually seeking out and integrating knowledge of Indigenous culture and practices into her clinical work.
Dr. Todorow has experience working with children and youth presenting with a wide range of mental health and neurodevelopmental challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, LD, ASD, complex trauma), including individuals involved in the child welfare system. She has over a decade of research and clinical experience in the field of FASD, and this continues to be an area of passion for her today. Her clinical practice is rooted in a culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and strength-based model of care. Over the years, she has cultivated her ability to strategically integrate various evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, DBT) and adapt their delivery for neurodiverse children and youth. Dr. Todorow currently provides assessment, therapy, parent consultation/training, and professional consultation/supervision services. She is also actively involved in supervising graduate students and serves as the Associate Director and Supervisor for the Wikwemikong Health Centre within the Northern Ontario Psychology Internship Consortium (NORPIC).
On a personal note, Dr. Todorow is the proud mother of two young children and loves spending time playing and exploring the world with them. Her hobbies include cooking, sewing, interior design, and fashion. She is particularly skilled at weaving her playful and creative side into her therapy work, especially when connecting with children and youth.
*Dr. Todorow does not conduct child custody/access assessments, parent-capacity assessments, medicolegal/medical legal assessments, or other court-ordered assessments.
Dr. Ksusha Blacklock, C. Psych.
Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Ksusha Blacklock is a licensed psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario to practice in clinical and neuropsychology with children and adolescents. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical-Developmental Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology at York University, where her graduate research focused on intervention for optimal outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Dr. Blacklock has worked at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital since 2013, where she currently provides assessments for children and adolescents with various neurodevelopmental challenges, including learning disabilities, intellectual developmental disorders, ADHD, genetic disorders, cerebral palsy and neuromuscular disorders, and ASD. She also supervises and trains students and interns throughout their placements at the hospital.
Dr. Blacklock provides psychoeducational, mental health, and neuropsychological assessments. In addition, she provides therapy to children and adolescents with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, social difficulties, and behavioural concerns. Dr. Blacklock is passionate about creating a welcoming, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where children and families feel comfortable sharing their challenges and where she can work collaboratively to help children thrive and reach their full potential.
